so in 15 minutes or so, karney and i will arrive in davis to see lin, dan, and all others! somehow i had forgotten that it would be a two hour and a half bus ride from our starting point. had i known or remembered such an important thing, i would have brought the murakami book on board with me! (despite the fact that they totally have wi-fi, tables, and plugs.) but i ended up spending a long time on craigslist searching for another road bike, uploading pictures from seattle onto a new album on facebook, cleaning up my spilled granola, looking out the window, and listening to florence and the machine.
