taylor swift never fails to disappoint me. i can't help but acknowledge that her songs are undeniably catchy when i need some upbeat lyrics in my head. in case anyone is wondering, i'm listening to her new single i knew you were trouble. it is now black and white that not most or some, but all her songs are bound to be about someone, some boy, or something very relevant to relationship statuses, breakups and other heartbreaking emotions; and that is perfectly fine, because that is what makes taylor swift the taylor swift. i'd be the last person to judge.
i didn't run up sierra hill today. i did clean my room, eat a lot of sweet potatoes, fresh oven-roasted peanuts, and chana masala for dinner, and called caroline however. i don't have work all week this week until saturday. so i'm super stoked for the short film fest opening night this thursday along with the following weekend. i get my volunteer schedule for the film fest tomorrow; i cannot wait! :-)
my small group comm paper is due tomororw and i have not taken a look at it yet, so i have to hop on that. my physical anthro lab test is postponed from this thursday to next thursday, so that's mega news to me, since i didn't feel prepared in the first place.
today after school, i went to the recycled bookstore at the alameda. of course, even with my nook in the bag, i couldn't resist the physical touch of holding full-on copies of books in my hands. i ended up finding three books that i just knew i could make space for in my room. i would be someone to spend money on books.
now, work time with taylor swift. i'm going to grab an orange as well.
