so i just wanted to try one more random single serving dessert for the day. kim was right next to me to try it. folks, this is my coincidental cornbread thing with peanut butter mixed with tofu and other ingredients with some non-dairy spread to make "frosting" with rainbow sprinkles. heh, it was not so good to be frank.
