hello blogspot. i am officially back in california, and i just fixed myself a real warm cup of homemade hazelnut coffee. i was going to try out the soy latte without a machine, but i realized dude, there is no soy milk in the fridge! time to pay a trip to the market, friends. the sun is smiling pretty bright and i'm kind of floating in bliss right now because of the coffee aroma in my room. so i think i may have jammed the inside of my nikon lens from placing it in my tote bag without a case only wrapped in regular tank top. as john says, "it's [my] own doing", so i'm going to have to do something about that soon. i have tons of pictures to scan, upload, and share, so i'm really going to hop on it! however, i'll have my digital camera photos and printed photos to share first if anything :-) my room is in a bit of a mess and i'm kind of just sitting on the corner of my bed-indian style-like i'm hanging onto the last breath of my life on a branch that's literally about to break off and fall into the ocean. or in this case, the ocean is the lava and the lava is my floor with knick-knacks scattered all over. yesterday, jennifer had kindly placed my three baby plants into a ziplock cardboard box before going to the airport. at the airport security scan, i looked like a dork holding it and waiting for it to pass through the scan. but i looked like a bigger dork running through all the gates holding my plants and rolling my suitcase down as fast as i could to find gate b12 at the seattle airport. it was all worth it. so i believed i chose a decent seat on the plane right, but in fact, i actually ended up choosing the seat that i was supposed to sit in coincidentally, since everyone ended up sitting wherever they liked. perks of just brushing by in life unintentionally.
today i'm going to the park.
