this is too exciting, everyone! there are so many different vegan recipes i'd like to try out this summer for myself, family, and friends!

i've been following the vegan mouse and vegan stoner blogs lately. if you're not up to anything, check them out! they have some great put-together recipes and gorgeous results.

my vegan college cookbook came in the mail two days ago! i am so excited to try at least a few recipes in the dorms before the semester ends. days are cutting so close! my gay marriage speech is again delayed because these sorority girls managed to convince professor evans to postpone the last speeches to next week because they claimed to be busy and not prepared. i don't know how these mtv girls manage to get their way, but now "the last speeches," meaning mine, will have to wait until next tuesday. hopefully i should be an expert by how well i've memorized my speech by next week. i really wish i could have gone today. but i'll take it as a good thing, that i'll have even more time to add in more statistical facts and what not.

my persuasive speech is also next tuesday, so that is way more important to focus on this week and the weekend. i'm super looking forward to addressing topics regarding peta/animal rights!

but for now, i can only get through my days by bookmarking vegan sites that i fall in love with in the moment and checking them out later because my history essay is seriously waiting for me to finish! it's due thursday and i just checked out a bunch of civil war books at the library. i hope they do me some good by the end of tonight.

i like spring time weather. it's melancholic comfort, yet bittersweet nostalgia in long beach. bon iver does justice for every kind of weather change. it all depends on the person's mood, no? what are you in for?
