The day before yesterday I played my flute for two hours in my room.
Yesterday I played my flute for five hours straight in one of the Student Union conference rooms.
Today.... two hours.

I have to do my Sociology homework tonight! After class today, I went to the Horn Center and printed out a bunch of new sheet music for the piano and flute. Then I spent two hours biking around Long Beach for the sake of exercising, job hunting, and area exploring. The local Los Altos Long Beach Public Library branch is so darn adorable with its cabin-like homey space! I'm definitely going there on my free time considering that I already jotted down all of the times that they are available. I also found this really rad book store called the Gatsby Books. It's as fantastic as it sounds! It has a ton of chairs for reading in the middle of the store and there's even a small television tray table with fresh coffee and cups ready to be self-served. It's one of those places that-I already know- will allow me to get some real work done in a studious ambience with decorative arched christmas lights and colorful decor in general.

I came back with two izze drinks: clementine and blackberry- my favorite flavors...

In one month from today, I will be 19!
