i currently have a free hour before my sociology class starts. correction: i have an hour until i get to see my new adorable motorcycle-santa-like-hippieish-grandpa-professor-who-enjoys-taking-mugshots-of-students-on-the-first-day-of-class-for-the-heck-of-it. excited.

as i'm eating my pumpkin flax granola right now, i am realizing that shoot, today the weather is going to hit over the 80's. that's believably warm for a typical-jane-weather-forecast. let's hope i don't catch on fire today. yesterday, i climbed some tree in seal beach with my friend michelle, and people watched up there. we had cold drinks at bogart's coffee house, and it was super rad because besides roy's from japantown back in san jose, i don't really know many other coffeehouses around long beach yet that put out vintage boardgames for customers to play with! my blended chai was perfect for the pier weather. next time, i'm bringing my road bike, even if it's not a cruiser! 

today is the official first day of the end of my first week back for second semester. no friday classes. hallelujah!
