2011's end

i'll settle with regina spektor's oh-so-soothing voice tonight. so i didn't end up webcamming with any of my pals, but on the bright side, i finished five full episodes of the suspenseful fox tv show american horror story. the mysterious suspension keeps me curious and hanging at the end of every episode, so i suppose all of this new excitement will have to carry on to tomorrow late afternoon, after my traditional new year breakfast with sherry at ihop and cardio excercises.

i wanted to upload all my pictures before the new year hit, so i did just that.

thanks for a great year, 2011. looking back, i had some of my best and worst moments with you. i waited for the longest time for senior year to end, dealt with some of the bossiest bears at my retail job, got taken advantage of to the maximum point, had anxiety strike to no ends, felt like there was nothing good left in san jose, but also met some of the sweetest special ed kids, stood up to my brother, went to some of the most unexpected events, talked to plenty of friendly strangers, traveled to a bunch of cool places, had plentiful cups of enjoyable expressos and lattes, started a plethora of first-time experiences, lived the raddest first semester in college, and eventually came to the missing of my own hometown after four long months. and hey, no regrets. it was all worth it somehow in the long run. welcome, 2012. i look forward to a better and even brighter year. i give my fair share of thanks to all that have been in and out of my life. it's from you guys that i learn from my mistakes, work on my flaws, and improve my perspectives of life on earth.

i'm excited for the first sunday of the new year.
