January 1st afternoon:
sherry and i took the lightrail and rode all the way to downtown mountain view, and that took us about an hour or so of a ride. though the stores were all closing/closed since it was sunday and the first day of the new year, i still felt that i went on an adventurous exploration; my day was complete from there. we went back to the closest local mall by our homes and had dinner at fresh choice. go greens!
