the start of summer has already imprinted me with this deep sense of exhaustion with social unrest and family tensions. it's my fault for fantasizing about so many outdoor plans and dreaming about all of the undone, but at the same time, i am still going to find a way to live through these moments of adventurous excitement. i'm so ready to explore and leave this neighborhood i've lived in for 14 years. when the time comes, i hope i'll be gone for good.
