a new blog is born and i can finally settle down for the moment. i named this blog capricious whim because i am a human being who holds unaccountable changes through my sudden behavior issues quite often and likes to dream of the impossible under unreliable circumstances. there is no other way to express myself more than to put the two words i think about daily together at this minute.

i noticed that this is probably the fourth or fifth blog that i started in recognition of a new chapter in my life. well, better now than never. otherwise i wouldn't be able to sleep tonight.
