no matter how sweet this powdered sugar and lemon juice mixed together is, i have myself some fantastic icing. and it's the pretty-darn-good-kind-of-limey-icing-that-you-pour-into-one-cup-and-gulp-down. well, maybe that sounds a little too sweet and rather disgusting, but i guess i don't exactly mean pour the icing down your throat, but maybe dip your finger in for a good smiley tasting. then be able to say this works. easy to make, less than one minute plus mixing. 2 tablespoons of lemon juice and 3/4 cup of powdered sugar mixed and smoothed on top of the lemon lime cake after it cools down from baking for 25 minutes under 350 degrees.
